The prices advertised on the website include the belgian VAT (21%).
- Customers within the EU will not be charged any other taxe
- Customers within the EU who have a VAT number will not be charged the 21% belgian VAT
- Customers outside the EU will not be charged the 21% belgian VAT but might be asked to pay taxes in their own country which are their responsibility. Please contact domestic tax authorities if you need more information.
How to pay ?
You have 3 options:

After processing, you will receive an email with our banking details. Upon cashing, your order will be shipped. - Credit card
We use the well known, safe and reliable Ogone tool. - Paypal
Shipping
We will ship completed orders from Tuesday to Friday. We usually ship within 24 hours. It can happen that extra day is needed due to natural causes like inventory, musical instruments trade shows, public holiday, transporters strike, etc. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Most orders shipping within the UE will ship with UPS. Standard delivery time is 1-2 days if you live in a nearby country. It can take 2 to 4 days for further countries (like Italy, Spain, Greece, Sweden, Norway, …) An automated email with a delivery confirmation number (USP tracking number) will be sent. This number may be entered at USP.com where you can follow your parcel on its way to you. Orders shipping out of the UE as well as larger items such as amplifiers and guitars may be shipped via regular Postal service. An automated email with tracking information will be sent to the recipient. This number may be entered at bpost.be

We can not be held responsible for any delay in delivery, but we will of course do our best to get your order in your hands as soon as possible.
Shipping fee:
UPS is the most effective and fastest but it has its price. Especially since the company has added a fuel surcharge that fluctuates with the oil pricel. Despite this we strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible for you. This is why for each shipment we take in charge a part of the shipping cost, within the limits of what our margin allow.
The sipping fee depends on where you live:

- Area 2: 13€: Germany, UK
- Area 3: 15€: Austria, Denmark

- Area 5: 25€ (post): Norway, Australia, India, China, Japan

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, cost of insurance on shipping, and any returned merchandise shipping if necessary.

All people located outside the EU DO NOT have to pay for VAT. Please deduct 21% (for those bad in mathematics like me, the easiest way is to divide the prices displayed on our website by 1,21) and you will have your price.

"I can't order! The shopping basket is not working! "
It can happen that Crush website experiences a bug. Please send us an email.
"I wasn’t home when the UPS employee tried to deliver my package. Now it is going back to Crush!"
If the package you have order is coming back to us because some crucial info (access code to the building or phone number for instance) is lacking or because there was a mistake in the address you gave us and we have to send it back again, we will have to charge you the shipping fee for this second shipment.
"I received my parcel and immediately noticed it was damaged"
The thing you should do in this case is refuse the parcel. Do not sign it. Chance is it was damaged during transport, which in this case, will trigger the shipping company’s insurance. Any insurance claims are the responsibility of the customer.
"I received my parcel, signed for receipt, opened and immediately noticed that the content is damaged"
Any insurance claim is the responsibility of the customer. You were supposed to check your order in front of the delivery man. If you didn’t and found out later your item(s) was/were damaged, please send us an email straight away.
"I do not like my pedal ! Can I return it ?"
Yes as long as you return it in the period of time of 30 days after your purchase. Send us an email. You can either be refunded or order another item. We ask that you please return the product in the original product packaging along with all included materials and in the original condition that it was received. Pedals returned in undesirable condition (scratched, nicked, or modified) may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price. We must receive the product within 60 days of you receiving it. All guitar and amplifier purchases must be returned within 15 days of receiving the unit with all original packaging and materials. Please pack carefully. Do not attach a label to manufacturer’s box. Use a shipping box for packing your return. You may choose any shipping service you like to return the package to us. We strongly recommend some sort of tracking or delivery confirmation and insurance. Lost packages happen; this will help protect you from loss. Returns are processed twice a week, usually within 72 hours of receiving them. Refunds will be issued to the credit card, bank account or Paypal account used for purchase. Please keep in mind that credit card refunds can take up to 10 business days to post on the account once the refund has been processed.
All return costs are your responsability. Refunds do not include shipping costs.
*NOTE: Pickups, Tubes, and Pickup Parts ARE NOT RETURNABLE. We can't resell them once they have been installed.
Warranty
All new items sold at Crush the button come with a 2-year warranty. Some manufacturers offer additional factory-warranty, this does not affect your statutory rights and this does not engage Crush the button. All second hand/vintage items comes with a limited 3-months warranty. The warranty is limited to factory faults only. The warranty does not cover abuse or misuse of the unit. E.g. if you used the wrong powersupply and burned out the unit you will have to pay for the repair.
Warranty for used gear is 3 months.
All return costs are your responsability.
"I’m not sure the pedal I want to order has the same design as what is shown on the Crush website. I really do not trust those images!"
Please note that Crush the button sells primarily handmade equipment from small manufacturers. It happens that manufacturers change the design of a pedal without notice. These changes can include pedal color, design, paint job, number of knobs, knob placement, knob style, knob color, jack placement, presence or absence of LEDs, etc. We try to update product pictures and descriptions ASAP, but sometimes things slip under the radar. If you want to be absolutely sure of the presence or absence of a specific feature, send us an email before placing your order, as we cannot guarantee that the item you receive will look EXACTLY like the picture on our web site, and you are still responsible for all shipping/handling charges (both ways) if you return it to us, so please check with us first, if the looks are all-important.

"I have used effects that I would like to get rid of..."
The principle is simple: we do not buy the effects, we give you new ones in exchange. The procedure is simple too: by email you tell us about your used effect and what's its condition? if you have the original box? accessories? etc. In our reply we give you our exchange value. If you agree with our price, you send us your effect(s). Shipping with a tracking system is adviced in order to avoid loss. When we get them we test them. Depending on the price of the new effect you wish and the value of the used effect, you pay the difference as well as for the shipping. We ship.

We are a small company. We are just a few persons, all musicians and passionated by music and gear and we have to do everything ourselves, from testing new pedals (that’s the fun part) to taking care of the shipping (that’s a less fun part). If we do not answer to your email in a reasonable time frame, it can be that we never did get your email, if so please send it again. We take pride in answering to all the emails we receive as quick as possible but sometimes it can take longer, even a few days but we always answer.
